How long does it take to ship my order?
Once your order is placed, we will arrange the order on the same day and the product handling time is 1-2 business days. The shipping will take 3-7 days.
We will deliver with FedEx or UPS.
Do I have to pay customs on my order?
There are no customs fees or additional taxes for US customers.
What are the delivery costs?
All deliveries are free. There is no additional fees.
I want to return a product.
Product Arrives Damaged
When a product is being delivered, if you notice something faulty or missing but the item is still usable, please keep the item and email us to arrange for a replacement part. If the item is unusable, you shall also keep the item. Damaged items can ask for full refund or exchanged at no charge. Photos of the damaged merchandise will be required.Unwanted Items
You Changed Your Mind If your order has not yet shipped, please contact us to determine if your order can be canceled. If the product has been packed and prepared for delivery, a restocking fee will generally apply. If an order has shipped, merchandise may be returned
for a refund within 14 days of receipt of merchandise provided all original packaging has been retained. This refund does not include shipping charges: when a customer has changed their mind and chooses to
return their merchandise, they are responsible for all shipping charges to and from our distribution center.
Return Requirements
In order to receive the refund described in this Return Policy, all item(s) must be:
(1) in new/unused condition and
(2) returned with all accessories and parts securely packed in all original packaging (unless the packing was removed as a part of the In-Home Delivery, in which case please re-pack in a manner to prevent damage during return shipping).

Do you offer fast shipping?
Express delivery is not supported at the moment.
How do I track my order?
Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.
Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order (when the delivery method allows it).
Additionally, you can track the status of your order from your "order history" section on your account page on the website.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can purchase on our website using a debit or credit card.
We additionally offer support for Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. You can also buy now and pay later.
You can choose these payment methods at checkout.
Which currency will I be charged in?
We currently only support the following currencies for charging our customers in their local currencies: GBP; USD, CAD and EUR.
If your credit or debit card use another currency, then you will be charged in GBP; USD, CAD or EUR, depending on the website you are on. Your bank will apply the corresponding conversation rate of the currency you choose.
